How obvious is it that you are on a cycle.

I've put on 20 pounds since February and have not had one person tell me I look bigger...fuck my life LOL
 
People will notice that you are getting bigger but people also think that they are 250 at 9% so go figure.

Gains are noticeable though. I always have an intra-workout and when somebody complement me in the gym I just raise my drink and say that it most be working.

Do you actually like the product, or is it mainly to help cover using other stuff? I've been looking for something to drink during a workout, just wondering what your thoughts on that product are.
 
I actually had a question about the diet and how spot on it should be. If I eat a normal and healthy diet, but add something like ice cream once a week while cycling, is this gonna ruin my cycle? Or do I need to be completely perfect when cycling?

It isn't going to make any difference as far as muscle gains are concerned. If you aren't eating enogh cals to maximize gains, it would even help. Worse case scenario...you add a bit of fat...probably to an imperceptible degree.
