hey just trying to get an idea here. how often do you guys switch up the exercises per muscle group EX: close grip instead of rope or dips instead of crushers and pull ups instead of wide grip cables etc... and how often do you completely switch the routine? EX: push/pull switching from one muscle group a day.
basically what I am getting at is how often do you guys keep a fixed routine??? and how/what do you switch it with for cores? ex chest and back
