how often do you guys switch up??

hey just trying to get an idea here. how often do you guys switch up the exercises per muscle group EX: close grip instead of rope or dips instead of crushers and pull ups instead of wide grip cables etc... and how often do you completely switch the routine? EX: push/pull switching from one muscle group a day.

basically what I am getting at is how often do you guys keep a fixed routine??? and how/what do you switch it with for cores? ex chest and back
 
well man whatever we suggest to you you still do the opposite in this case once again it's true advice that works. Do your exercises till you seem to peak out than change them. Damn it Stroke are you a Rangers fan too, lol just busting your balls bro.

sorry bro.. im a Louisianimal. 504 New Orleans Hurricanes and murder scenes bitch lol. although our FB team is shit Saints aren't that great this year. but BB hornets are killa and LSU is straight, not too happy with the past years set up.

and I was just asking what you guys do!! but I suppose it is pretty self explanatory lol.

Stroke to get back to your ? it usually helps to shock the muscles with different exercise when you hit a peak man. For triceps try taking an incline bench and put in the cable crossover machine do pressdowns on the incline like that it's fuckin great. You might need someone to hand u the T-bar when doing them if your using a lot of weight. For curls try Hero curls of strict preachers real slow.
 
Im not shure if Dlove means the same thing as me, but if your training to get bigger(stronger), change your main exercise when you hit a plateu and cant improve on it. Do a new one and when its time for that exercise again you should be able to improve again.

yeah.. I still think bush is not worthy of the shit he talks. in my opinion thomas beasted him the little time he was in. and thanks Dlove, thats the answer I was looking for just wanted to verify.
 
Reggie came out of the gate hard when he first hit the nfl then kinda idled for a while, he's no peterson but he is a little bad mofo capable of big things.
