Should I be getting sore after every day working at the gym? If I don't get sore, does that mean I was lacking or didn't do enough? I am starting to feel like I'm not doing enough in the gym when I don't get sore... I am a beginner so I still don't have a wide variety of workouts that I do, but I always try new things... Any advice would help, thanks in advance.
Also: today is chest day so if I can get some advice before going into it I'd be ecstatic, I want to feel it!
