How should i be eating

I'm running about 3-7 miles a day 5-6 days a week, three weightlifting sessions and 3-4 2 hour long Brazillian Jiu-jitsu and grappeling sessions a week

I'm 6'2 200 lbs 13% BF.

I'd like to lose 7 lbs, but still have energy to do all this. Lately i have been getting carb cravings pretty bad.

How should i be eating?
 
If you're going to sustain that level of activity, then you need (at minimum and among other things):

- lots of sleep
- high quality multivitamins, glucosamine, etc
- lean meats (preferably dark red meats like steak)
- carbs like brown rice
- tons of dark green veggies
- water, no sugary beverages

How have you recovered since your experiment with gear??
 
Fruit juices are usually very high in sugar so I'd say stay away from as much of it as possible.

Water is best.

If you are not losing weight with all of that current activity then just decrease your calorie intake (clean calories), that should do it.

BTW does your avatar get on 1 wheel?
