how should i stack that...

I've read a lot about stack but there so many different, it not my first cycle.
Im 5'10" 160pound 12%bf...

i got 10ml of sustanon 250mg,
10ml of cypionante 250mg
10ml of deca durabolin 200mg
10ml of stanazolol 100mg
225 pills of d-bol
38 pills of nolvadex 10mg
and i gonna get some clomid soon

i want this cycle to be my best, don't want to ruin it, not sure about using cypionante beacause you loose mutch of your gain after should i trade it for sustanon. and not sure to use nolvadex beacause don't want to reduce my gain and im not predispose for gyno...

someone can told me how to take that stack or a better idea?? PLEASE THANK everybody in advance

1) Cheeseburgers 7/week
2) Chicken 7lbs/week
3) Whey protein 3-4 shakes/day
4) Whole eggs or egg whites 100/week
5) Milk, 1 gallon EOD
6) Tuna, 5+ cans/week
7) Vegatables 5-6 servings/day
8) Proper lifting as per the training forum
9) Sleep, 8-10hrs/night
10) Maybe some creatine to top it all off

Sorry if I seem rude, but I am trying to make a point. You can grow drastically off of food, proper training, and adequate rest. The is absolutely no reason to take gear at your size, especially a stack.

I'm totally serious and this is sincerely my best advice.

Wend i first start working out 4 year ago my weight was 128pound now im 160 and i want to reach 180 by the help of stuff. im already eating what wrote bellow. anyway maybe someone else can help me PLEASE!
 
you can reach 180 WITHOUT gear EASY! i dont understand why are people so eager to go on Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) thinking they are some kind of magic drugs which are going to give them 20+lbs. if you are 160 lbs,you ARE NOT eating right(considering if you are in weight lifting 4-5 years and 22+ years old)
 
Eat more calories and do (deep) squats.

Also curious about your cycle history. Might be good to post your training in the training forum. Why not?

2 year ago wend i did a cycle i did not read mutch so i've took:
250 d-bol
10 ml of deca 200mg but beafore that i did two bottles of winstrol tabs 50mg the tabs so i did the winstrol almost for nothing
i also did some 1-ad and 1-tu
i quit working out for almost 8 mont for a should injurie

ok you guys can laugh but i only need one good stack to be on my way
i'll post my training soon...

My advice is not to do a cycle.

If you are going to do a cycle anyway, then just use testosterone. Testosterone (cypionate or enanthate) 500mg/week (250mg twice/week) for 10-12 weeks with appropriate post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks afterwards. That is far more than sufficient.

bro nobody is laughing at you this one of the most mature boards i have been apart of..their just trying to give you advice...take it or leave it

but if your gonna do cycle regardless just stick to a test cycle as most will tell you.. im on my 2nd cycle using just test 1cc E6D and my results have been really good so far

Bizz, if you're going to cycle wait until you have all of your supplies BEFORE you start. post cycle therapy (pct) included.
