How should i take these?

I bought a few things today, i bought a 4lb tub of N large2 weight gainer, BSN no-xplode and i bought some amino acid tablets... the no xplode should be taken on an empty stomach, and the weight gainer should be taken in between meals and the amino acid should be taken when ever right? how many times daily should i take this stuff? i want to become more muscular and gain more weight... only problem is i have a fast motabalizim (sp?) but i want to gain about 20lbs im currently 140, im trying to go for a sylvester stalone look lol... any info would be great oh and how should i eat? how many meals a day and how much water should i consume? thanks

there are several ways to take the nlarge2: anywere in your meal schedual, wake up, b4 bed..basically what ever works for you here...
bsn: just follow the directions on the container..that why they are there..
amino acid pill's: i'd take b4 or after a work out..anlong with a PoWO meal/shake..
most wt lifters/BB should eat around 5 or more times a days...not full blown meal each time but 5 sensable meals ( nlarge2 would count as a meal here) remember lean meat, clean carbs (avoid but dont exclude white carbs), and EFA's..h2o: i go for around a gal a day...especially when taking creatine products. hope this helps..
 
yeah thanks a lot it did help, but if u read this again, i love fast food, and my friend said i can eat like the chicken sandwhiches but dont get mayo and no fries... so i suppose that is good, i really dont have that much time to eat with school/work everyday, i skip breakfast, so i guess i should start making Penut butter and jelly sandwhiches if thats alright to eat. and how much food daily, i would like to eat 5 meals a day but would a PB&J sandwhich count as a meal? thanks for input
 
Bro..cant Skip Breakfast..that's The Time To Eat The Most...yea I Agree With Your Friend Get The New Select Sandwich's If YoU Go To Micky D's..and Yea The Pb&j Is Great If Bulking..hell Through A Banana And Some Honey In There Too, And Use Whole Wheat Bread And This Would Count As A Meal..and As Far As How Much To Eat Go For Around 2 Grams Of Protien Per Pound Of Body Wt..ie 200 Lbs Person = 200 Grams Protien A Day...good A Mount Of Carbs And Good Fats And You'll Be Set.
