How should my training be like on cycle? Is it better to hit each part 3x/week or 2x? Im trying to bring up my upper chest and arms in particular. Which routine is best? also, should traps be worked with back or shoulders?

AAS don't determine how you train...diet and specific goals is what determines that.
What are your goals?

I train each body part once a week both off and on and I grow just fine. More is not always better. :)

It always blows me away how much time some people feel compelled to dedicate to training.
I was speaking with a fairly fit PT who spends 3 hours per day just training himself.
He's natty but even still that's a shit ton of time to spend training.

Usually that means they're focusing too much on making abs in the.gym and not in the kitchen.

My goal is to put on lean mass during this cycle. The reason I'm asking if I should work each muscle 2 or 3x per week is because of the acceleration in protein synthesis that occurs when you use aas. Just wanted to know if training more would result in more growth while on cycle.

Well......... Considering you actually grow OUTSIDE the gym after you have torn those muscle fibers all to shreds, I don't know how putting in more volume is going to help really. Then again, we're all different ® and what works for me may not work for you - vice-versa.

True. Eating is gonna determine the results on cycle. As far as in the gym goes, 2x/wk should be ample- I usually hit each body part 1x/wk, and if I have an extra day I may hit a weak point twice. But using other priority training principles (which exercise/body part you work first in the gym, # of reps, cardio max/min, etc.) will determine what your body tries to do with what you consume. My advice would be to not run a cycle until you feel solid with your current workout routines. The amount of weight, intensity, etc. may change on cycle- but you don't wanna be straining your body in completely foreign ways while on cycle- that's just an injury waiting to happen. Just my humble opinion though. I'm sure others will have valuable advice for ya! Good luck!

I hit each body part once a week. Don't forget your hitting each body part once a week directly but every body part gets additional indirect work with other exercises. Also don't forget the spillover effect with the bigger lifts like deads and squats. More is not always better when it comes to the weights. Focus more on good quality calories if you want to grow.

and remember we don't grow in the gym, that's just the catalyst for the growth that occurs outside the gym :biggthump

i would first work on getting your routine down and then try aas. just saying, but looks to me , that if you're asking "how to train", means you "don't know" how to train. get help with getting a routine going and sticking with it for a while to where you are comfortable. then you will have an easier time to use aas.
