How to approach insulin safety?

I did it for 3days started with just 2 iu and on the 3rd day I just threw it in the sink. I felt like I was gona die any min the shit is nothing to play around with,it will kill you! if your not a pro bb do not touch the shit is not worth it.

shit scares me to death and this is coming from someone who used to shoot speedballs
 
As scary as it seems that PM thread is loaded with info that makes me feel as it can be done safely if not abused.
First things first I'm gonna get a meter and track my bg for a few weeks just to see how my body reacts to natural insulin and have a baseline.


What I've come up with just from reading that thread.

Mon wed fri - 4 weeks on 4 weeks off
4iu pwo - pwo shake then 40/40/20 meal
Check bloods every hour/ track it
Have glucose tabs
Be prepared
 
I do 10 ius pre and 10 ius post, and another 10 ius later in the day, everyday for four weeks on and 4 off. Don't recommend this though it can be very deadly.
 
The combo if GH, AAS and Slin have a synergy when ran together. Depending on your dose of GH it will down regulate your natural insulin production but increase sensitivity to exogenous insulin. This is where the combo will flourish. It sure can do big things including making you fat as well as kill you

I have ran slin (humilin R) many times and always PWO. I always start at 4iu and increase till I hit 10iu. The big jump for me in terms of effects is from 6 to 8iu then 8 to 10. This is where it really starts to fill me out. Although slin is dangerous it can be ran very safely in order to minimize the negative side effects. The main thing is to read read read and once you have got a handle on it read some more. The standard is 10 grams carbs per IU for your post injection shake as well as the meals within the slin window but my last run with GH and slin I went up to 120g carbs on 10iu without gaining any fat.

I in no way condone the use of it to anyone who has not done their research, nor anyone who is not on point with their diet at all times, I also suggest anyone venturing into the territory to purchase a meter to monitor your BG levels. The safer you are the better

The point is to take exactly amount of carbs or u can take more than that without gaining fat ?
