How to avoid being "energy drained" post cycle?

Hey guys, so going to be coming off here in a bit. previous cycles I did were all fun and games till afterwards during the 3-6 weeks of the cycle stopped in PCT.. My energy levels dropped off completely. I don't know if that's because of my diet wasn't completely in check, because my test levels were trying to come back online, wasn't sleeping enough.. I have no idea. But after I wasn't on anymore I felt a significant decrease of energy and activity level. Has anyone else experienced this and is there anyway to get around it?
 
could always try supplementing with caffeine and/or ephedrine?

do you take a pre work out before gym? could be enough to get you up and going.. I always feel better + more alert after a good intense workout.

naw I usually stay away from pre workouts, last time I had one my heart felt like it was going to implode in my chest. Got headaches and cold sweats. Wasn't good. I usually just do coffee and I have ADD so I take Ritalin whenever im mentally fatigued.. But if I recall last post cycle therapy (pct) was great until around week 4.. that's when the shit really hit the fan and I kinda just slept all day long for almost an entire week. I noticed from when that time period started to the end of the week, I mentally felt like my physique kinda was shrunk and I was losing size. This time around im gonna definitely try to keep it to a minimum of 5 days a week at the gym and keep my diet in check full scale so I minimize gain damage. I don't think I should lose too much more to be honest, I have been pinning 200mg a week for the past 3-4 weeks (still double nat production) but from where I was at 800/week to now with a good diet I have only lost around 4kgs, mostly water. I only lost about 1kg of muscle so far in that time period but kept it pretty steady and solid. I think if I come off this time it wont be so bad since the dose has been low for so long. Im trying to get my hands on some HCG right now to blast for at least 3 weeks to jump start the boys so maybe that will minimize that issue of losing mass, but if I cant Ill just run regular protocol and see how it takes me.
I have been on for 16.5 weeks so its not too far over the scale of the general 14, and I only ran test this cycle around.
 
Not that I know much about HCG, but I am under the understanding that its not the best idea to blast it... even when incorporated later on in the cycle, I believe its best to still use at 500ui weekly split into 2x 250ui shots... and not into post cycle therapy (pct) as its suppressive. Let your nolva and clomiphene take care of that.

I can tell you I did about a 23 week cycle on a gram a week Test e... I came off, started post cycle therapy (pct) late and only did nolva 20/20/20/20 and I felt pretty damn good throughout it. Havent had bloods done so I can't say for sure that I recovered, but I can say I still feel good, just as good as before the cycle anyway. I guess im just one of the lucky ones when it comes to post cycle therapy (pct) its a breeze for me.

but back to the question on point.. maybe try 1mg Keto at nights, I find it helps me sleep really well and wake up feeling rested. plus it has the added effect of lowering TNF-Alpha, a catabolic hormone... could help reduce lost gains through PCT.
 
Its just the nature of the business man, I find this question kind of funny every time it comes up. Its like people asking for hangover cures or ways to get over a cocaine crash. The only way is to not put these chemicals into your body to begin with, there's no magic potion. You got the benefit, you have to deal with the negative.

yea, seems about how it is.. ill just try the reg protocol then and foget the HCG.. might as well.. i just took my last poke yesterday so now i have to wait 2 weeks before i take clomid. maybe it was just psychological effect of coming off and knowing about it. Ill try to keep more optimism this time around and see if it makes any difference. Usually placebos are stronger than the actual physical effect. Body is nothing without the mind =P
 
Amphetamines such as ritalin are addictive and harmful and personally I don't think they do shit all.

I tried curing the post cycle therapy (pct) blues with ADDERALL even, all it did was make me very very aware of how much I didn't feel like working out.

they have different effects on everyone. I feel great when i take Ritalin if im mentally dragging ass. But if i take too much it can give you a headache or make you sick. When i came off last time i didn't really take Ritalin too much because i was so tired i just wanted to sleep. But after a while i started taking it and it brought me back up to speed. SO this time im gonna just keep a general usage and pound the gym

Definetly agree with you there. Never underestimate the power of the mind! I've always been a firm believer in positive thinking. Think positive be positive! And use the Ritalin as a back up if necessary... at the very least to keep you in the gym.
