I caught the flu last week, Been
eating only 1500-2000 cals per day compared
to my normal 3000. On antibiotics now.
Hope to be back in the gym this week.
My question: Anything to help bounce back
quicker? I've already missed a week of training
plus my incomplete diet.

like dude said vitamin c helps more than u might think. an it will help u not get sick again. in all realality u should take some vitamin c when on test. i read an article on it an it made since.

Good info about the probiotics. I have never used them, but they sound like a great idea in theory. I am going to pick some up tom.
