Good evening. I'm 27, 6'3, and weigh 205. I've done two cycles of Test E, both 500mg a week, each was pretty short (one was 10 weeks because i only had two vials, one was 8 weeks because I made a huge noob mistake... ask me if interested). I would like to do either Test E and Deca, OR Test E and Dbol (leaning towards the dbol due to the fact I won't have to pin myself for 16ish weeks of two substances). Being 6'3 and 205 lbs, I'm tall and not too filled out. I would like to put on some healthy mass, but not gain much body fat. I know there is bound to generally be some fat gain along with bulking, but I figure the extra edge from the AAS will minimize it more than doing it natural. Hell, I wouldn't even mind gaining just 10-15 pounds but SHEDDING some body fat.
My question is, what caloric intake would one take to stay at the same body fat or possibly lose a small amount, while still gaining good muscle? Due to training hard, eating right, Test E and Dbol of course, I think it's possible. Would I want to eat my maintenance calories, maybe a small surplus even, or would I would to dip slightly below maintenance? Keep in mind I'll be doing cardio 3-ish times a week due to my job.
