how to eat during cycle

So I know that there is a nutrition forum but I couldn't find a place to talk about both AAS and diet there.
Right now I am consuming just over 3000 calories per day. A breif example of my daily diet would be 5-8 eggs, yogurt, and some granola for breakfast, shake about 1 hour after that, then some snack like trail mix or almonds about 1-2 hours later. then for lunch usually some kind of meat, some greens, and a carb usually half a sweet pot. of some rice with green beans and tomato. after noon snacks more of the same. On gym days I alo hve another shake post and pre workout as well as a peanut butter sandwich post gym. Dinner is pretty much the same as lunch and then some yogurt, milk and casein before bed. I am about to run d-bol and test e and I need some advice on the diet... I am 30yrs old, 200lbs, 16.5 body fat and am pretty active besides my gym time. Thanks for the help!
 
The the main this protein spread out from when you wake until bedtime. I see you have that handled very well

Taking carbs earlier in the day and protein/fat meals late in the leans me out fast (almost too fast).
 
Too much protein taxes your kidneys and Bro I have done the 3g per pound of body weight and now taking 1g per 2.2 pounds of body weight and cannot tell the difference.

But i should be going up atleast 1k calories per day so should imake that up with more veg. and fruit? ofcourse I may have to imrpovise a little from time to time but i'm guess on a bulking cycle i should be 4k-5k cals 200g protein, 200+grams clean carbs?

I get those extra cals from cooked cereals, yams, beans, brown rice. Anything whole grain worth a shit has Zero sugars ;-)
