How to get big like a strongman/powerlifter/rugby prop

My goals are to be massive and strong like weigh over 200lbs as my goals are not to be shredded like some fitness guy at the beach as i would look and feel small.

My current stats are 5'11 177 to 182lbs and i am currently on reg park 5x5 beginners program.
 
How many calories?

A guy by the name of 3J is the resident nutritionist here. He had a lot of knowledge on this subject. I dont particularly like giving diet advice myself and I know what works for me and thats what, I do I dont pretend to know whats going to work for someones else. Get in contact with him brother in his diet advice thread!

But seriously... Idk... You seem more on the 2500-3000 calorie bulker side. I bulk at 3200-3500 but that depends on my current weight etc etc etc whatever, but you get the jist. There are some calorie needs calculator sites and calorie intake formula by inputting activity level, intensity etc etc etc. I'd say 2500 calories... In regards of what to eat... Invest some money on 3J.

Plenty of "skinny" ripped fitness guys are 5'11" and well over 200 lbs.. I'm 5'10" and shooting for that mens physique look (minus crazy ripped abs) and 200-205 is my goal weight.

If you wanna look huge, at 5'11" you need to shoot for way more then just 200 lbs

This is not huge and massive... You need to shoot for 250+ pounds to get the massive look your after..

He's a beast. for the simple fact that he's 205 and looks like that. I'm 219 and I know if I lose 15 lbs I will not look like that... Maybe idk. I'm 6'3" though. So I'll look really skinny cuz of my long motherfucking limbs. Anyway I wonder what he's on.

Shit if I got paid for the way I look id be on it year round too. Him as a model basically has no choice... He needs to maintain that look to keep his job and if he got that look on those compounds and needs to stick to it... Kind of fucked up lol

Now it's these dip shit kids that have no real drive or ability to make it in bodybuilding at all,, yet they wanna lift like one and cruise and blast gear year round like one.. That's just stupid .. There's no reward for the sacrifice in that
