how to get kick ass abs on gear

Hes asking for a good ab workout, not how low bodyfat should be to see them.

My ab routine..
Russian Twists, Leg raises on the tower or hanging on the chin up bar, ball abdominal crunches, weight crunches (cable machine crunches or just plain machine)

Core lifts should be included, Deadlifts, squats, lunges & planks ( 1 hand, 1 leg ) on leg day..

Turkish getups are really good too, but i cant do them lol!!

no need to "over do it" on abs... if ur bodyfat% get's low enough u WILL have abs... doing too much ab work will make ur abs appear big, not nice... at least that's what has happened to me and u can see it on a lot of pro's...

Isn't that from the mass amounts of HGH which leads to internal growth of the organs?

I don't fully buy into that bro... like all other muscles on the body, when they get stronger they WILL get bigger... the mass amounts of gh and gear will aid in achieving more mass, the stuff about the overgrown organs etc is more hype than anything...

China is correct. I don't really ever do any direct ab work and I have abs. I do some core exercises. But then again I dont do much direct arm work either. If you hit the big three hard and heavy you are working all muscle groups.

I may hit a couple sets for arms here and there but no real routine and same with abs, never an actual routine. But I have added some things like a tire flip, some heavy rope work, etc that works the majority of the body again.

If you want to see abs it's diet plain and simply. You could work abs only for years straight and never see your abs. Cut bf and proper diet.

All the years of hype over cut abs, is out of style right now. I am sure it will make a comeback in the future. Also core training is usually enough with proper diet.
