how to get super low body fat???

hey dudes, im having trouble getting my body fat really low. im at 200lbs and 6ft tall, girls tell me getting any bigger/stronger isn't gonna do anything for me, really I just need to bring out the definition of all the muscles at this point. im like 12-14% bodyfat.

iv been doing cardio everyday for 30 minutes, iv also been eating pretty clean, what is the best way I can drop my bodyfat in a month before school starts and keep it off!

I really only need to lose a little bit on my lower abs, and some around the shoulder area and then I will be what is considered "ripped".

A lot of people think if they eat "clean" or "bro food" as much as they want and they won't gain any fat. There is no "Clean eating". Continuously consume fewer calories, and you will see the results.

prohormone/steroid that has no androgenic properties? (his last thread)

Hello, I take propecia and use rogaine for hair loss. I started shedding young, but I got my hair loss under control very quickly and you can no longer see any evidence to it. In the future I would like to hop on something so I can move past my genetic potential. I do not want anything that's going to damage my hair.

Is there anything I can use that has no androgenic properties that will allow me to make worthwhile gains?

I do not plan to use anything for another year and a half or so and am actively training in the meantime. Im currently 20. Please don't bother posting if your going to give me a speech on how I should wait till im 25 or something.

Eat 500 calories below your caloric maintenance.
This is the way I do it, when I cut.
Body Weight (lb) x 0.25 = Grams of Fat you can eat daily
Body weight x 1 = Grams of protein you can eat.
And then Carbs is up to you, the fewer you consumer, the faster you will get results, don't cut it too low tho.
Also do cardio few times a week, it will speed up the process, or allow you to eat more.

Aim for 500 cals. in caloric deficit daily. So if you eat on average 2500 cals, cut down to 2000. I prefer gram of protein per lb, but you can do 0.8 if you want, I wouldn't go lower than that.

how do I determine the amount of calories in certain foods like spidini, lasagnia, etc. my family makes a lot of homemade stuff and I do not have access to a way to measure out the exact amount in terms of calories/protein etc. of what I am eating. should I just start making my own stuff?

right on! you need to create big caloric deficit for big results. the more you eat the more you need to burn. however eating "clean" makes this process easier.

It would be hard to know how many calories you eat if don't measure and weigh your home made meals. Especially if someone else prepares it for you. At almost 23 I can probably cook better than 99.9% of our American women. I moved out right after I turned 18, so I had five years to practice. Be the cook for your family, determine your own portions, women love that too :)

try myfitness pal. there is an app or online version but the estimating helped me tremendously. also kept me concious of the calories that i was taking in. i know it sounds cliche but it is a food diary and it really helped me achieve and work towards my next set of goals. good luck.

Good point, very good app, I use it when I'm cutting, helps a lot, makes everything faster and easier.

so basically what im getting is.. lower my calorie amount so that I am burning more calories than taking in. run more. keep my protein intake = my weight. eat as little fat as possible. try and lower carb intake. does my source of carbs matter? like rice/pasta/grains or veggies for carbs? also is HIIT training effective? I'm pretty bad at following a diet, I just tend to eat a lot and eat pretty clean/balanced meals. could I just do cardio for like 2-3 hours per day and still see results without following a caloric deficit diet?

frank whats ur problem? I just hate all these threads about losing weight. its simple math.

Not always...age, bodytype, thyroid all play a part as well as T levels (if you aren't cycling), estrogen levels...
That's y there isn't a guaranteed weight loss plan...some ppl are carb sensitive and have to cut them out and others can lose weight eating almost whatever they want. Everyone is different and everyone responds differently to certain foods...at least he's asking questions that others can learn from...
So what if it's in the wrong forum? I've seen worse from you brother...

Detroitdrugzz, get in touch with 3J on the diet forum and he can help you out...

And xyzz...^^^^this^^^^ is all you had to say instead of being a disrespectful cunt...oh wait I mean "sicunt" or however you spell that shit/slang...
