How to hit my goals/ BF% guess

Hey all, was looking for some pro advice from all you as my friends have all been telling my different things for the past couple weeks. So I've just started my 3rd cycle:

1-12 Test E 500mg/week
7-11 Anavar 50mg/day

Some stats: About 190llbs, 6'4, and the calipers+website that I'm using to calculate BF says 9.5%.... but I know that cant be right, Id assume 14-15%.

So basically I was just wondering what you guys thought would be the best approach to reach as close to my goal body as soon as humanly (with the help of AAS) possible. I've calculated my TDEE to be 3060 calories, what should I be eating in relation to this amount? Also how should I be training? I was thinking some fasted cardio 4 mornings a week, then heavy training 3 days a week and light/rep training the other 3 days.

If I left out any information let me know. Thanks for advice! (The last 2 of those would be my goal body)

I am kind of torn. 190 lbs at 6'4" is pretty scrawny (no offense). What were you at before your first cycle?

I would lean towards bulking to build some muscle, but that is going to take you further away from your goal of being extremly low body fat % -- at least at first. Psychologically would you be OK with adding some more fat to be able to build muscle? And then cut later?

Have you tried cutting before?

What does your diet look like?

P.S. you are nowhere near 9.5% body fat. Go get a Body Pod Scan done. It costs about $40.

Before my first cycle I was about 170 (put me up to 185), then my second put me up to 220. Since being that I leaned out (and definitely lost some gains) down to what I am now.

To be honest I would prefer not to, even if it gives me lesser results and less strength/muscle in the long run because I don't bulk up first, Id prefer to look more defined as soon as possible (always been partial to a "model" body rather than a jacked bodybuilder body).

I've not ever done a legitment cut. Just sorta watched what I eat never really counted macros but I know they can't have been too out of whack. I've made myself a cutting meal plan though ready to throw into effect whenever (60g carbs at breakfast, pre-workout and post workout, 75g fats, 272g protein, about 2500 cals). Currently just eating clean, eggs, chicken, broccoli, etc.

And ya I don't know whats going on with my calipers maybe they're underly sensitive. Unfortunately the nearest body pod location to me is about an hour- an hour and a half drive (Canadian), so ideally I would prefer not to have to do that drive

IMHO the best route would be to bulk and then cut, you don't have a lot of muscle on your frame to play around with. And when I say bulk that doesn't mean get all bloofy and fat but rather build muscle. You need a calorie rich environment to build muscle. Eating clean and/or not eating enough at this point will not get you looking how you want, in fact it will probably make you look smaller.

I of course mean none of this negatively. But we must build muscle and then figure out what we want to do with it. I really feel you could achieve a lot without drugs by making improvements to your diet alone. Youre a tall guy and most likely going to have to eat a SHIT LOAD of food to build muscle. What you want to look like will not be achieved through one cycle and it wont happen in a short period of time. Its a long process wether you want to look like a bodybuilder OR a model/physique guy.

Bulk then cut, and do this over and over until you like what you see in the mirror.

You MUST build some muscle first if you want to achieve the goal you have, and FOOD is your answer to how youll get there. I don't think you need another cycle just yet. Get the diet and training right first then add the gear brother.

I hear what your saying, of course none of it taken negitively! So when you say eating clean will make me look smaller, do you mean I should be doing a dirty bulk? Or just an extremely high cal clean bulk?

Also I was curious how you guys think this guy (found the pictures in one of 3J's before and after gallories) got his results. If I could end looking ANYTHING like him, preferably even leaner and less muscle, I'd be more than happy. Honestly I don't know if it's just the pictures I took that aren't good or what but I'm confident in saying that I'm not lying to you guys or myself when I say I am only slightly smaller than "before" picture. And as I said I'd actually like to finish with slightly less muscle on me then he has, I just love the hard look he has to himView attachment 562542View attachment 562543

How long have you been training consistently for man? What does your training routine look like? That has a HUGE impact on what is going to happen as well.

What about you metabolism? Fast? Slow? Are you the type of tall guy who can eat whatever the fuck he wants and not really get fat?

I know you would like to hear a quick solution to help you reach your goals but there is no such thing.

I've been training about 4 years, hard/consistantly for 2 years now. My training routine has been Chest, Back, Shoulders, Chest, Arms. I've been one of those guys who skips legs :(

Probably a fast metabolism

I'm not really looking for a quick solution, I know to get to my ultimate goal of model physique will take a looooong time. For now (without going into too much detail about it) I'm hoping to just look as lean/shredded as possible by early October. And if that guy in the photos linked can do a transformation such as that in 8 weeks (even though the timestamp on the pictures is only 4), then if I can even look half as ripped as he does by this time I'll be overjoyed. Then after that I'll begin a bulk then cut over and over as you said

Why don't you just hire 3J? He gets results. And he is a whole lot cheaper and safer than using AAS. Send him a message and explore hiring him. Ask him to come read this thread.

Ya u seriously need to reconsider ur diet and ur training routine by no means r u gonna achieve ur goal in the timeframe you've given especially if you don't do a major tweak to those two things. How can you expect to get those results when you're skipping leg workouts too? That's an even bigger don't. You won't make proper gains if you don't do legs. Training the shit out of them is going to make a HUGE difference in your overall physique. Consulting 3j would be ur best bet. Lay off the juice, and no offence but you can't even tell you've run previous cycles the way you look right now. Harder training and a better diet are what you should be taking a look at instead of worrying and wasting ur time with achieving ur goals in a specific time frame
