5 years later! and its still a Great post! excellent info and honest useful tips" nice to know all those shiny mags i bought were nothing more than comic strips as far as useful info went.
So basically what I am trying to understand is that training regimen you mentioned is for when you are "off" the anabolics and in PCT and the two weeks before PCT...or is this also for when you are on cycle too?

If I was to continue using growth after my 12 week cycle would I still be over training at 5 days per week in the gym at above average intensity.
