ok guys,so now i'm kinda free and my time is mostly mine, one year from now i'll start my residency which means I'll have time for 1 or 2 workout sessions max weekly
so here's the plan, I wanna build up muscles and look good with a hard workout routine for this year, and a training routine to only keep what I gained for the rest of my life
this plan shouldn't include any cycles , I'm not a professional BBer and it's my destiny to never be ... I just wanna look good and that's all, nothing huge
so what do you suggest my routine for now, and what's the lightest training routine to keep your muscles?
