How to lessen PIP once you already got it?

Hello

There's a few tricks for helping to prevent PIP, such as heating the oil up before hand but what can you do to help speed up the process and/or help remove some of the pain, once you already have PIP

I've seen heat pads recommended before, tried it out today, let it on so hot I probably got a burn from it but doesn't feel much difference, not worse but not much better either.
And from experience, using foam roller or massaging it now will only make the pain 10x worse.

Any tips or tricks?

Warming the oil helps draw and pin the oil if you are using a small gauge needle, but personally I dont think that even that will help PIP at all. Seems like it's just something we either get or we dont. Some people never get it then some cant walk it's so bad. I tend to think it's our bodies fighting bacteria that somehow enters the process.

I don't know.....seems like a good discussion for us all to have. PIP is unheard of for some, then some can't use gear it's so bad. Hmm

Yeh, I never warmed the oil until I used a certain brand on cycle 2 and I'm with you, i think its more placebo far as it actually helps with PIP. With that said, it does makes sense to try and get the oil up closer to body temp, so I wouldn't call it useless either.
I've injected this masteron 6 or 7 times now, in quads, glutes, ventglute and only gotten pip once and i'm sure I injected too close to a nerve because the muscle twitched and it didn't feel good but I injected anyhow on routine.

I thought, when I started injecting, that what I was experiencing was PIP. Turns out, after hearing stories on here, that I was just being a baby. Lol. Some of you guys get it really bad. For me, it just feels like a slight bruise and never effects anything other than that.
I have had the muscle twitching really bad when I inserted the needle, I have had it hurt when I inserted it like I hit a nerve, I've had no blood after and I've had blood pouring out so fast I couldnt get the swab to it fast enough to keep from making a mess. All that said.....still no pip for me. Other than the previous mentioned bruise feeling. I pin UGL gear for 3 to 4 months mixed in with local pharmacy testosterone......and then I use only local pharmacy for 2 to 3 months. I repeat this and never come off. Still no pip. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones? Hope I never get it. Sounds painful. Wish I had some advice but I dont. I pin a variety of ways so there is very little about my procedure that is consistent most times. Sometimes I use alcohol to clean the site but most times I dont. I wipe blood away with anything from cotton balls to tissue to a sock laying on the bathroom floor. Hahahahaha. Never had any issues at all. Maybe I am playing with fire? :)

Some people get it worse than others.

If youre saying youve already tried everything, then what are you looking for?

In my experience, warming UGL shit before hand greatly helps.

If you get it from pharm grade, then you just need to learn to deal with it.

Before: shoot less, smaller needle, shorter needle, warm oil and/or body part.

After: Heat or ice, depending on how long its been, massage area, put purse down.

Well damn. Lol

I definitely agree that some get it and some don't. I never have issues and I am anything but careful or cautious in any way when I'm pinning. I draw....I pin.....then get on with it. Whole process never takes me more than 2 maybe 3 minutes. That's getting everything out and putting it all away. Then other guys take every precaution and still have to deal with it. Sucks from what I hear.

I love using heat pads too to warm the pin site and the needle
