I'm trying really hard to be good here and be nice, but I'm very surprised with this thread to say the least.
Looking at your syringe, hold it with the needle facing up, flick it with your fingernail a few times to get the bubbles to the top and then slowly depress the plunger until all the air leaves the syringe. BAM! No more air in the syringe, and you can now clearly see that you have around 1.75mL of oil in that syringe.
I honestly think you're WAY over complicating things here and need to realize how a syringe works. It measures the internal volume of what is drawn into it. In your picture, that would be the volume of oil to the left of the black rubber stopper. Once you've drawn air into the syringe and injected that air into the vial to displace the volume of oil you are to remove, pull the needle back into the oil with the vial upside down. You can clearly see (unless your vials have strange opaque labels that prevent you from seeing the level of the oil) where the tip of the needle is and then pull back. If you get air into it, eject the air back into the vial, pull the needle down further and draw back again.
I worry about your cycle given this very basic step that should have been covered
long before you started. Please tell me you have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and post cycle therapy (pct) lined up as well.
