how to reduce a bloated belly

My body fat doesn't seem that huge; however, my gut looks like it's pregnant unless I flex my abs and suck it in slightly.
It completely looks like my internal organs are pushing my stomach out.

I've used Insulin and GH before, but not long enough to cause this effect.

Now, I do eat a huge amount of food due to my height and drink a lot of water.... what's causes internal bloat like this? I dropped milk and although it helped a little, instead of looking 5 months pregnant, I look 2 months now.

anyone successfully slimmed down their waist for which their bodyfat is not a huge contributor to their belly size? Do I simply need to practice sucking in all the time?
 
maybe your stomach is too big , i mean the organ... try to divide meals
also eating a lot of fiber and veggies takes my bloat also
 
Carbs yes...there are free online nutrition calculators that rate the inflammatory levels of different foods.
Cut sodium...and divide meals into smaller ones.

How often do you shit? And is it huge and hard? GI back up is a big cause of distended stomachs; usually in peds and elderly though.
 
Yeah I had this same freaking problem it was almost embarrassing I just cut back sum on food and now it's back to flat :)
 
When you wake up , eat a big cup of coffee with normal fat milk, wait 30 min without eating, there is the good amount of shit coming :)

This rigjt here. When I was reallu depressed I would eat huge ammoints of anything. My stomach was distended and It took a while bit it has been shrinking slowly but surely. Smaller meals and cutting carbs amd eating a shit load of natural fiber to make me shit like a gorilla.
 
I heard theres no direct evidence of hgh causing bigger abs/stomach area.
there doesn't have to be.. its statistical that people who do alotta gh with gear end up with really big abs and look bloated.. it might be a bit circumstantial but that's where i would put my money.. but he is right.. there isn't enough direct evidence, but only because enough studies have not been done on that topic
 
I find that protein shakes bloat me. I used to drink them with milk,but that stoped quick. I was spending more time in the bathroom than the gym. I now drink them with only water.still get a slight bloat but not as bad as drinking it with milk.

Protein shakes bloat the shit out of me, water or milk, it doesnt matter.

No. I only drink water :-)

However, I'm following your diet. I did notice a drop in my waist, I'll give it time but my trainer told me I look disproportionally ugly because my waist looks similar sized to my chest :-( Sticks out further !

It could be the whey powder causing some bloat too, but definitely I lost 2 inches off my waist after I stopped insulin.
