How to remain stable without working out

Hi guys. I juts gots surgery yesterday morning but they doctors oversozed me on anesthesia which caused me to vomit over 21 times, so because 0f some rules they had to keep me an extra 15 hours and make me sleep there overnight. just wanted to share my experience cuz it sucked lol and im in an unconsious sate of mind i feel pretty drugged. got back about 6 hours ago and been sleeping since then.

my legs cant hold me up so all i can do is listen to music in bed and type on my labtop. im not allowed out of the house by friday doctors reccomendation so ill be making a trip to gnc this weekend. for 6 weeks i cant do anything physcail so no gym. what supplements will help minimize muscle breakdown?

im gonna pick up anther bottle of bcaas or aminos 1000, should i also start up glutamine again? i cant drink protein supplements for another week because anything thick makes me vomit. so next week i can start taking dietary supplements what should i take to minimize muscle loss? i thought id be allowed to the gym by next week but can't do anything physical so that makes it worse. when im allowed to the gym again ill be doing cardio, and legs once a week, but no cables allowed.

sry for if im not making sense but im in a wierd state of mind and im very light headed but i need help/. thanks guys.

for one thing, dont get stuff at GNC, freaking expensive. i would only buy certain things there, online is much cheaper on the majority of the products
 
the most important thing you can do is eat. you have nothing else to do, just sit there and eat. If you eat all your meals you will be fine. You probably cant eat right now, but when you can, do it.

As for supplements...there is nothing really. You could try glutamine, but the effects, if any, will be very mild. I believe hospitals use it for people in your situation to prevent muscle atrophy. The place in my sig sells it.
