Hi guys. I juts gots surgery yesterday morning but they doctors oversozed me on anesthesia which caused me to vomit over 21 times, so because 0f some rules they had to keep me an extra 15 hours and make me sleep there overnight. just wanted to share my experience cuz it sucked lol and im in an unconsious sate of mind i feel pretty drugged. got back about 6 hours ago and been sleeping since then.
my legs cant hold me up so all i can do is listen to music in bed and type on my labtop. im not allowed out of the house by friday doctors reccomendation so ill be making a trip to gnc this weekend. for 6 weeks i cant do anything physcail so no gym. what supplements will help minimize muscle breakdown?
im gonna pick up anther bottle of bcaas or aminos 1000, should i also start up glutamine again? i cant drink protein supplements for another week because anything thick makes me vomit. so next week i can start taking dietary supplements what should i take to minimize muscle loss? i thought id be allowed to the gym by next week but can't do anything physical so that makes it worse. when im allowed to the gym again ill be doing cardio, and legs once a week, but no cables allowed.
