Sup guys,
Im having a really hard time growing my pecs. I mean, evertyhing else is coming together beatifully. When i wear sleavless shirts in the gym the girls look and the guys have this look of bewilderment at how a skinny guy can have decent sized arms.
Now I do flat bench press, incline dumbbell presses, flyes, decline bench press, and sometimes throw in an icarian incline press machine just for kicks. Usually 3 sets of 10, and i am gaining strenght in all exercises everyweek.
the damn things are still puny!!!!!!!!! The onlly reason my chest is not flat as a wall is cuz i have some fat on top of my chest so it BARELY has some size to it.
What should i do?
