How's my diet?

7.30am - 100g oats, 50g whey

10.30am- 5 whole eggs, 2 slice wholemeal toast, 300ml milk

1pm - 200gchicken breast, 75g basmatti rice

3.30pm - 130g tuna, 20ml udo oil

5.30PM - Pre workout - 60g oats, 30g whey

7pm - Post Workout - 50g Whey protein

8:30pm - 200gchicken breast, 75g basmatti rice

11pm 300g cottage cheese, 15ml UDo Oil

Currently about 210 looking to lean bulk?

looks good, just keep an eye at how much fat u are gaining, dont want to gain a shitload of fat, but some is def good durirng bulking. You can always cut back later.

Rule of thumb double ur weight in protein
 
I'd throw in a LOT of simple carbs post-workout to restore glycogen, boost insulin and I believe it helps the protein synthesis. Then no more simple carbs after that IMO.
