Hows this look?

I am currently trying to get gain weight. Below are my diet and workout and supp. I am 6'6" 225 trying to get to 245

Supplements
-Protein
-Creatine Mono(untill plasmavol is in stock)

Diet
-At least 300 g protein per day
-Not sure on calories(any recomendations would be appreciated)
-nuts
-flax oil
-Basically just eating good foods and a lot of protein

Training
-Mon chest tris
-Tues abs cardio
-Wed back bis
Thurs legs cardio and possibly abs
-Fri Shoulders
sat and sun off

i used to train shoulder with chest and tris...but i was in the gym for 3 hours...so i decided to mix up my split....

mon: chest
tue: bis
wed: off
thur: shoulders/tris
fri: legs
sat: off
sun: back and deads for fun

an effective chest w/o can be done in under 45 minutes, and a tricep one in around 30, IMO.

I like this split though, looks good for putting on size to me.
 
i just started back abot a month and a half ago, and i cant ever figure out an exact schedule, but im basically going like this:
d1: chest stoumach
d2: back and shoulders
d3: bi's, tri's
d4: legs

... wash... rinse ...repeat... so i work out each muscle about twice a week
