gonna try this 5x5 method.this is what im thinkin

mon-Chest/shoulders
Tues-Bis/Back
weds-just cardio
thurs-Tris/Trapz
Friday-abs/legs(dont do much leg stuff but i should start)
Sat- cardio
sun off.

each one i'll use 5x5.What do you guys think.Goin on in about two weeks by the way.
 
add tris on chest day and traps on back day. drop thursday in place of cardio, then you get another days rest. make sure to include deads and squats in any routine unless you have a medical problem.
