gonna try this 5x5 method.this is what im thinkin
mon-Chest/shoulders
Tues-Bis/Back
weds-just cardio
thurs-Tris/Trapz
Friday-abs/legs(dont do much leg stuff but i should start)
Sat- cardio
sun off.
each one i'll use 5x5.What do you guys think.Goin on in about two weeks by the way.
