HRT question

I think that my doc is going to put me on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I'm going to want to cycle again in January.

Am I right to assume that compounds other than test will not show up as free or total testoserone in the subsequent blood tests?

Compounds like deca, eq, dbol, anadrol, winstrol?

What will show up as test?

Will nolva, a-dex, l-zol, clomid etc screw with the shown test levels?

How many shots a month? Will the doc let you take the shit home or do you have to go in for them to give you the shots?

I had my test levels checked about a month and a half after starting Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), that was it .........other than yearly blood tests , but he never checked my actual test levels again.

At first I was getting a shot every second week, they let me take the vial home but I had to go in for shots. After a while he let me do my shots at home and I started doing them every week, which I told him and he didn't have a problem with that.

Let them give you a couple shots, they will probably do "Ventro Gluteal" as opposed to an actual "glute" shot. You'll really like those, easy as anything.....

They will not show up as Test but they will raise your E2 levels.

If you are on HRT,how long do you wait until you start back on your normal shots after the cycle is over?If you took more test during a cycle,could you wait a couple of weeks since there might be a residual affect from the excess test from your cycle?I just finished a cycle last week(250sust/600 eq),I am debating how long I should wait untill I continue my HRT(100mg per week).

I start a week after.........don't want your test levels falling off too much, it might be a little early, but the worst it could be is act as a little bit of a taper back down to HRT blood levels.

Not slagging on you dude but that just doesn't add up. This is what I posted at elite:

I know it fucks with all kinds of hormones but how is it that a compound OTHER THAN test will show up as higher test levels esp. since it shuts down your HPTA? If it's true then what's deca dick all about and why the need for proviron etc?

I wonder how common it is for doctors in Canada to allow you to do your shots at home. I have an easy going HRT doc who is fine with it, but I would have thought most regular docs would say no.

When I went to pick up my script at Shoppers Drug Mart, the pharmacist told me to take my test enan to my doctor for the shot. Haha, ya right. Funny though because the info sheet that comes with DR perscribed HCG talks about doing your shots at home.
