HST Training

I have been using Brian Haycock's hypertrophy specific training for the past four weeks on my current cycle (500 mg of Enanthate per week) and have been getting awesome results. On past cycles I think I have always overtrained a little bit, but on this program I am growing all over and my strength is up. I have never been a fan of total body workouts, but this is a good program. I have modified it a little bit by switching the rep range every week instead of every two weeks. If you are looking to mix up your training, I would definitely give this program a shot.
 
HST is a great system - supported by a lot of scientific studies.

I´m on my second HST-cycle now (one cycle lasting 6-8 weeks). Gained 12 lbs in my first cycle. No steroids.

You can throw in a lot of variation in the system as well, as long as you follow the three basic principles:

*Increase the weights every workout, so that reps drops gradually during the cycle, say, from 15-20 to 5.
*Train each muscle group often, seldom going all out to failure. 3 times a week is recommended, making full body workouts "necessary".
*Between cycles: "Strategic deconditioning", which means a pause from training for 9-12 days.
