Huge decline in cardio recently?

I have basically been running about 2-3 miles a day for my cardio about 3 days...Although the last couple of days I have felt like absolut shit and haven't been able to run more then a half a mile....What do you think am I i burnt out and need a few days off? Or should I keep at it and try to get through it?....Or maybe do some other form of cardio for a while? Thanks guys any input would help.
 
running tends to tax your entire body especially them feet/knees/hips. you're not 100% all the time even though you keep doing it and progressing.

if you notice you can't run, try other cardios...bikes, strongman gpp, clean the house, something. or just fast walk
 
yea maybe at least for a couple of days I should chill on the running..I know what it does to you..I get some pretty bad shin splints from time to time too.
