Hurt my Shoulder.. what can i do for it

I hurt my should doing military press about three weeks ago. Since i hurt it i havnt been training, for the first two weeks i was only doing cardio and abs. this past week i trained but very light and didnt hit shoulders at all. Im sitting on a cyce right now waiting to start but i dont wanna start since my shoulder. what do you recommed doing?? i started stretching it this past week but it still seems to be the same amount of pain. any suggestions??
 
Ice and prayer. I pulled something around my delt almost a year ago. At first I thought it might be the rotator cuff, wasn't, thank God, I dodged that bullet! Went to the doc. did a few tests, short of an MRI and told me it was most likely my delt and to lay off it and ice it. 3 weeks later couldn't take not being in the gym and fucked it again benching.

Long story short, it's taken me a year to get over it, although it still hurts i'm on my 1st deca cycle and I can't feel a thing! Good luck! these injurys are a bitch!
 
Probably a rotator cuff, about the only way to keep it from hurting is using DB and slightly rotating your palm in. Not much but just a little. Anything straight bar is probably going to hurt due to the angle of your hands in relation to you rotator cuff.
