Hydrolized protein tastes like crap?

i usually use ion-exchange whey isolate and tastes fine mixed with crystal light, but this hydrolized stuff tastes really foul! by far the worst tasting protein i have ever had. also noticed it had a much different consistancy, much finer.

my PWO shake today was this-

60g hydrolized whey
60g dextrose
10g glutamine
cystal light

is hydrolized supposed to taste this bad? anyone know some stuff that tastes good?

ya hydro whey is notoriously bitter but thats the price u gotta pay for superior stuff

I really cant drink the stuff, I made my way through 5lbs and never looked back.

I'd do a comparison between ion exchange and micro/ultrafiltration.

Cut that back to 20g of hyd and 40 of WPI
