Does this sounds familar to you? If yea,then here's my story.

I started using Hydroxycut Hardcore Fat Burner while ago and was able to lose/shed 20 Ibs + regular cardio exercise + resistance training.Now, I have stopped taking Hydroxycut Hardcore Fat Burner due to change of lifestyle and I just recently moved to different city. I have a lot work pressure so there's no time for me to to go to gym. What I want to ask is it ok ? If I continue to take Hydroxycut Hardcore Fat Burner without working out ?

I noticed when I take Hydroxycut Hardcore Fat Burner it controls my appetite.

So, guys/gals please help me.

Does Hydroxycut really work? Or did you lose the weight by doing cardio, and think its the hydroxycut?
 
I dont see why not if its controlling your appetite. hydroxy was the shit back in the day when it had the good stuff in it. I havnt tryed it since then.

i've just always been told not to take shit like dat when u juicin but i just need a little kick in the ass somtimes.. so if anyone knows of anything that i can take and wont fuck up my other shit tell me plz..

IMO none of the over the counter stuff works! If any of them have anything worth while in them they get yanked off the market because of stupid people. If you decide to take it you need to cycle it just like anything else. Also suppressing your appetite is a poor way to diet. By eating less you will slow down your metabolism and gain more weight. bottom line is you need to make time to exercise.

There are 168 hr in a week, if you work 70hr a week sleep 56hr that leaves 42hr to find time to work out. that's almost 2 full days. I am guessing you don't work 70 hr a week and you are just not making time to hit the gym. even if you work out 3 days a week for 1 hr, that's enough to stay at a decent weight and stay healthy, and you would still have 39 hr to spare. But i would still drop the Hydo no matter what!
 
90% or better of the supps on the shelves these days are garbage! I really have a negative outlook on supplements.

multi V and a proven proteing powder is all I need
 
Get some green tea pills that have hoodia in it. Good at appetite control and alot safer for you than being on hydroxycut or any other hardcore fatburner for extended periods of time.
 
There are some GREAT supplements out there. That being said, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING, takes the place of a commitment to a solid diet and training program. Period.
