yea i can hear where you are coming from but i will say personally i just started some dope about 4 weeks ago after 19 years of lifting and have been as high as 265 just with protein, creatine and i'm a FUCKING VEGETARIAN.
There are just so many people that look at anyone who has some decent muscle and think they must be taking steroids because it is impossible to build without them. Not true at all.
This shit just takes time right? At least it has taken me time but maybe my genetics suck, dont know.
Someone that is 6'2 and 180 needs to learn some real basic stuff about lifting and how to eat to gain muscle first off the bat.
