first of all thank a lot for this awesome site it helped me a lot with finding info I need that doctors are too fancy to tell me
Ok here is my problem , I been diagnostic with Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism and other doctor said only hypogonadism Anyways who care what they call it . They put me on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with 250 Testostron E every 2 weeks Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 5000ui per week . I felt way better more active BUT gaining more weight I understand that gaining weight is fine for a lazy guy like me I have to be more active and make diet .Problem is I remade my blood test after 3 months of treatment with TRT+HCG .My total T was scary low before it (1.9 and lowest on tests should be 4 max 12 ) right now my total T became 7.6 (2.8 lowest -8.0 max ) with weekly testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) injection , this test has been made after 7 days of getting the shoot with testosterone E 250 weekly (doctor didn't order it I just increased it by my self .
Do I have to keep it once every 2 weeks or I can go for once every week with this results ?
Another problem is my E2 jump like crazy 123 (13 lowest - 58 max) that's double maximum !!! I have ED , no libdo and retain water like hell. Should I take Aromatase inhibitor (AI) ? novldex or arimidex maybe ? And how much dose .
