ok im staring my cutting phase in 10 days. ive been bulking on test only for a total of 8.5-9 weeks gaining about 23 pounds. im assuming that in the next 10 days i will gain 2 more pounds. my body fat is around 13%-13.5%.
i am doing 10 weeks total of cutting with 500mg icn test enanthate per week (only for 8 weeks) and 30mg Winstrol (winny) tabs per day for full 9 weeks.
my goal is to be at 8% fat and i know i will look really ripped since even at 13% body fat i can still see some stiarations on shoulders and chest.

the thing im not good at is dieting, not the commitment part but doing it the right way. i know i have to lower my carbs and fat but i dont want to end up looking soft and flat....i know i need to eat tons of protein but i dont want to look bloated with a huge gut...and i know i need to do lots of cardio and preferably in the morning but i dont want to lose any muscle.

1> based on success, hot many calories is needed to cut fat without losing muscle (i mean the ratio or the equation relative to body weight)?
2> what is the best protein/carbs/fat ratio for closing fat (again) without losing muscle?
3> what about simple sugars, should i completely cut it off without ever carb loading even once a week, or should i take in some simple carbs at some times, like after intense weight lifting excersise?
4> should i increase cardio week after week or should i do a certain amount the whole phase? and how many times....start to finish?
5> finally is it possible to maintain all muscle mass during the nine weeks....consider that im using test and Winstrol (winny) and that im not really fat. i just need to lose 15 pounds....so about 1.5 pounds per week.

i have no problems commiting to diet since im really looking forward to being ripped and seeing my 6 pack, im just not sure of how to get there, especially since ive never really dieted down to cut fat. ive tried it once and after 2 weeks i loofed extremely soft and flat.

whats your diet look like right now and how much fat have you gained since you started your cycle

i have not gained much...the percentage has remained the same while i gained the 23pounds, so my guess is that ive gained 3-5 pounds max. starting the diet at around 199-198 pounds want to go down to 8% fat so i need to lase 12-16 pounds i guess. right now im eating 4 times a day and eating some pizza and some fast food almost every day to keep calories high....but ive been doing cardio atleast 3 times per week so i have not gained alot of fat, like i said. the main foods that ill eat during cutting will be egg whites, tuna, oatmeal, chicken breasts, baked potatoes, chick peas and fava beans fried with onions, garli, and olive oil. thats pretty much it but i dont know how much i should eat and if i should progressivly lower my calories or cut calories drastically as soon as i begin cutting. i will NOT be eating any fast food....no cheating meals whatsoever

what you should probably do first is count your calories ed for about a week and avg it out to see where your at.

1) Everyone is different. You'll need to know how many calories YOU the individual need to maintain your weight...then decrease it. How much is up to you.

2) Your calories are either going to come from fat/pro/carbs. IMO cut fat down as low as possible and pro as high as possible, your carbs will fall into place when you take #1 into consideration. Again its up to you, and thats what has worked for me.

3) IMO always take is some simple carbs after you train. I take in 75g, but I've seen people cut on 100g post w/o. It what works for you bro. Other than that keep them complex and follow 1 & 2.

4) Up to you, I can watch the muscle melt away doing cardio, so I do it once a week. I suggest an hour walk, f**k jogging/elliptical/bike.

5) Ive argued with people about this. IMO you can do both at the same time but everyone has thier opinion. Just worry bout the way you look, adjust accordingly throughout ur cycle. good luck

What makes you think you can't? People do it all the time.
If you could only prove that...sure BF% goes down when you gain muscle so most will say they are leaning out. Who really knows for sure but IMO you cant

as far as i'm concerned muscule is the natural "oven" for BF

sure u can
by gaining muscule u lose fat

it's as simple as that
