I feel that I can get away with traing all other body parts once a week but if I don't hit chest at least twice, I lose development.....
also my mind muscle connection seems to diminish with that long of a break.........
I feel this is so due to the fact that in all other body part movements chest is hardly involved where as in other bodypart you are almost always is some crossover or spill over
any thoughts?
