You dont have enough posts. I dont know how many you need, seems to be different for everyone as far as I can determine. But I had to post like 40 before I could access mine (or anyone else could either).

you can pm mods when you 1st join . it takes 50 post to pm other members . its not punishment , just s tool to keep scammers and spammers from joining to harass or rip off members.
