Alright so this is where I am at.

I was a fag and started Oxandrolone back on January 18th at 60mg/day. Got shut down and felt like shit so started test prop on Feb 2nd with the plan of running only 6 or 8 weeks. Continued the anavar for a total of 6 weeks and have been running just test since then at 150mg eod.

Started the anavar at about 248 lbs. Was 250 or 253 at start of test prop. Got up to 263 at about week 4 of the prop and now down to 259 and finishing up week 5 of the test.

I'm 34 and the joints don't feel quite what they use to. Also have been having some issues sleeping for the last couple weeks which is probably mostely due to thinking about Blondie_Bombshell but also some element of over training.

Got the idea to try out some peptides. Just got in CJC1293, GHRP6 and Ipamorelin (for qhs dose in the event of sleep issues with GHRP6.

Just injected 50mcg of GHRP6/CJC1293 for first trial dose.

My plan is to run the peptides for the last 6 or 8 weeks of this test cycle and into post cycle therapy (pct) pending response.

What i'm looking for is some goodness with the joints and more restful sleep.

I wanted to start this up because i'm adding this unknown (at least to me) variable and need to keep better track of changes. Also need feedback from those with experience with this stuff.

Would also love some appetite stimulation from the GHRP6. Given i only eat fuckin twigs roots and grass getting the calories in becomes an exercise in mass volume. Need some stimulation in that area.


Also, i'm in the process of transitioning to test enanthate. To do this I'm running the prop still at 150 eod for 4 week in conjunction with the enanthate. I'm doing this just to stretch out the cycle longer, looking at 12 or 14 weeks at this point.

Well, about 30 minutes after the first injection of the cjc/ghrp6 i got super ass hungry and just ate more than I have over the last 4 days combined....

I know that it can't be from the peptide but i'll take it. I just think its funny.

I'm working out with this young guys right now who all get hard ons for doing super high (or at least what I would call super high) volume stuff. I have been just going with it despite my better judgement and think i have been paying the price with the over training.

I'll probably back it off some on the volume.
 
Did Ipa/CJC last night and so far no problems. Slept pretty good but I really can't imagine the peptides working that fast so will attribute to placebo.

Going to do 100mcg of both qam, play around with the second dose maybe try pre workout then a qhs final dose.

As far as workouts go:

Monday chest
flat bench 315x10x3. Not going quite to failure. some left RC symptoms
Inc dumbell 120x12x2

Tuesday legs
squat 365x10x8x8

Yea man the fuckin pine bark and barley grass arn't cutting it. Maybe I need to get on the glubgawd train and suck down some blood soup or whatever he was talking about. The other night I had an overwhelming desire to eat chalk. Need some iron hahaha

Does that transition from prop to enanthate look good to you or should 3 weeks run together do the trick?

Doesnt the cjc/ghrp6 help with joints? if you run npp you'll never know how much it helps.

3 weeks of the prop is fine. As for the NPP, first off, i agree with shock that you may want to eliminate any variables until you determine if the peptide combo is helping.

Second, as this is your first cycle, normally i would advise against it, but as you don't seem to have your head up your ass like most newbs to the game (with the exception of your Gaynavar love affair, however brief it was), you are smart enough to give it a go. let me tell you though, once you get a taste of what nandrolone does combined with test, you may give up that fruity way of eating and start eating things that fly, run, swim away from you like the rest of the men around here. lol

Seriously though, IMO, as long as you spend some time on test alone to determine any sides that may result from its use, adding NPP at the end won't hurt. i still like test only for the first couple cycles, but seeing as you are looking for joint comfort as well, this may be a viable option. Again, make sure you spend some time on the test alone before you add anything else.

nice strong sets. i actually did the same flat numbers last night. have to say i felt like i could have had 15 or 16 reps on that first set. I've done 16 reps with 315 before, but this felt easier.

not bad for a granola crunching sissy. :D

i totally agree man. You are right. I am hoping the cjc/ghrp does some good for the joints for sure and the sleep.

Thats the one thing i really have noticed post 30 or so is the recovery is not the same as at 22 or so.

The nandrolone just keeps poping up and is really sounding like a good idea man. That picture you put up of the back changes you had was what set it off. Talk about a good advertisement for dope man, shit! It is like you went from being a boy to a man!

Ive got the test right now to run this out to 16 weeks and the more I think about it the more the longer cycles make sense from the physiologic adjustment standpoint. Alsok, I have had zero sides from the test which has calmed me down about being noticed, no acne or other shit. It has been real nice.

It is almost to the point where I thought maybe the shit was no good but the strength and size changes can't be ignored. On top of that my levels 2 weeks into the test 6 times high normal which really cant be argued with.

I figure I still have some time if I run this out for 14 or 16 weeks total. I could run the peptide for a few weeks then add the NPP for the last 6. We will see. It was just a thought.

RJ I looked at that 70's big site, that is fucking cool man. What can I saw, I want to be 70's big.

Ive got to order up some old school stripped tube socks and some super short shorts, the guys in the tap out shirts hate it when I dress that way. :iwstupid::bigok:

Ive got to work on the leg strength. It is gay when your squat is not much higher than your bench.

I was afflicted with some type of long term seizure from about 2005-2009 and didn't do shit for legs. I know that is lame.

I just started squating and doing deads again about 4 months ago. Whats crazy is how quick the strength comes back up. The first couple weeks I started back squating I though 135 was going to make my adductors cramp. Sad.

Ive also been on an icecream kick recently and have been putting away probably an extra 3 or 500 calories of that at around 9pm, if I was trying to get lean I would not do this. I have been a little stuck at 260 for the last couple weeks and feel like I need more calories so ok with it. .

the last few days Ive also been eating about 300 extra calories of dark chocolate spread throughout the day.

I dont measure the vegetables, just eat as much as possible.

I know the whey is high, but it is what it is. I will substitute some boiled eggs in for the protein a couple days a week.

Calories are in the 32-3800 range.
Protein is about 250gm/day. I might hit 300 on some days but not usually.

long cycles are better for a variety of reason, but the typical young guy won't listen to that logic and will only think of the long cycle as more juice and still fuck it up. Only way to acclimate to new weight is via longer cycles IMO.

As for the site, i really dig it. Justin is a cocky fucker, and sometimes wayyyyy too arrogant, but i still like the site. And he's pretty fucking smart so he can back up the science even if he pisses people off. lol

Are you talking about the peptides from rui? This stuff is inexpensive. Can i run this alone without any post cycle therapy (pct)? or is it best used to complement a cycle?

I got mine from another research company that was less expensive.

I am no expert on peptides. From what i understand you can use them any time. My goal was to finish up the cycle with them and run them through PCT pending response.

You do not need a post cycle for the peptides

Playing around with the mid day dose. did post workout yesterday and pre workout today.

Weight was up by 4 pounds today. I know not good idea to check frequently but I was curious. Back to 263
