Nate, can't imagine the size gains you would make throwing in some red meat. I see you just take fish oil, why not sardines or salmon etc. Not a lot of egg whites either? I'm sensing some good genetics? Do you shoot the peptides and npp in the same shot as the test? Where have you been pinning your prop?

I started the fish oil mainly for the cardioprotective/lipid benifits and it is just a great fat source/calorie for me. I have found a liquid that has no burping typically associated with the pills.

I am not doing the NPP, at least not yet still thinking about it. The peptides i'm doing sub q on their own and the test prop solo. I pin the prop right quad, left quad, right glute, left glute then start over. That has been working pretty good.

I did legs tuesday then had to drive over to Monroe yesterday so spend about 5 hours in the car. The combination of lactic acid buildup just sitting there post squats and a bolus of propionate in each vastus lateralis and I was so stiff yesterday evening I could hardly move. That sucked. Had to ride stationary bike for awhile and then fester in the hot tub. Much better now.

Yea man, to get 70's big I might have to eat some meat, who knows. Ive done alright on the weeds and bark for awhile though.

I dont know how some of these guys do the 12 eggs a day or whatever it is. Not for me. I feel like i'm putting them away at 6/week

i've tried it, and honestly and i don't think its needed. I'd rather eat 5 or 6 whole eggs. Guys get so scared of fats in yolks but IMO its fine.

I would rather sub out anything than eat that many eggs, even if its just whites.

Right, i'm into fats. I always do whole eggs but my cholesterol has never been more than 100 or 120. Wouldn't want that to be my only fat source but not afraid of it at all.
 
Did a noon injection of GHRP/cjc today. I do notice some flushing after the injections. I think I have read about this being a noted response.

Sleep has been better the last couple of nights but really to early for me to comment on if this is placebo or something else.

I have felt super tight the last couple of days in lower back and quads/hamstrings. Thought it was from doing legs then having to drive for 5 hours yesterday but I think it might be from some water weight.

I got on the scale again tonight and was up to almost 266 (was like 265.8) which is up 7 pounds in the last 5 days or so.

I was sort of stuck at 260 then dropped down to 257 right before the peptides started. Appetite shot up like mad and Ive been eating mucho carbs the last 2 days.

Interesting.

Thought maybe estrogen did shoot up which is causing to hold some water, have been off Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for last week and just started up 12.5mg eod again.

I think i'll ride the weight train and keep eating. If anything I tend to under calorie it so this is a good change. I wouldn't mind hitting 270 but i'll tell you I feel like I can't get our of my own way right now.

I'm not saying its the peptides although there is something with the GHRP6 and appetite stimulation i'm feeling pretty sure of that. Got good appetite boost today following noon dose.

I get mad back pumps from excess water also, but i love the strength it gives me so i deal with it for a while. I can always tell when the gear is working when i have a harder time wiping my ass. lol

Its no joke about the scale, ive been hopping on that bitch like its naomi watts in some 70's boy shorts.

I could feel the weight gain the last couple of days and wanted to verify what I was feeling. pretty impressive.

Did shouders tonight. Kept volume low. Feeling little spent and super stiff in low back/legs. Tight as shit. Up another pound today to 267.

Ive also been on an icecream kick recently and have been putting away probably an extra 3 or 500 calories of that at around 9pm, if I was trying to get lean I would not do this. I have been a little stuck at 260 for the last couple weeks and feel like I need more calories so ok with it. .

the last few days Ive also been eating about 300 extra calories of dark chocolate spread throughout the day.

I dont measure the vegetables, just eat as much as possible.

I know the whey is high, but it is what it is. I will substitute some boiled eggs in for the protein a couple days a week.

Calories are in the 32-3800 range.
Protein is about 250gm/day. I might hit 300 on some days but not usually.
