Clomid is not necessary for post cycle recovery..and contrary to popular opinion is NOT as effective as Nolvadex in LH recovery. Both are very similar anti e compounds but clomid is not as effective and thus rerquires much higher doses...LH levels usually return to normal fairly easily on 20 mg nolvadex per day..this is not however to say either of these compounds have any significant effect on endogenous test levels...to raise endogenous T levels requires HCG..also I would NOT recommend using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during a cycle...as this is counterproductive to test recovery...start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and nolvadex recovery therapy post cycle at 20 mg nolva per day and 5000IU/week hcg, week2 use 5000IU and 20 mg/day, week 3 2500IU Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and 20 mg/day nolva...3 weeks total and you should be fine!

Nice. What about using arimidex towarsds the end of your cycle to prevent estrogen build up. This way, you dont have any possible estrogen backlash when you stop the nolvadex.

That sounds good to ry, i'll go with nolvadex and HCG.
I did: 300mg clomid and 80 mg of nolvadex on day one
Then:day 2-11 100 mg clomid and 40 mg of noladex
Last(plan on it): day 13-21 50 mg of clomid and 20 mg of nolvadex.

DID I OVERDOSE ON NOLVADEX THE FIRST WEEK!? IS IT BAD?

thats alot, i dont know about it bing harmful, as long as you dont keep that up. I believe your body would up regulate the production of aromatase in response to a bottoming out of estrogen. That would present a problem later when you stop the nolva. Dont carve that in stone.

-most run arimidex concurrenlty thoughout the complete cycle...arimidex prevents most(not all)of T conversion to E therefore if you run it right thru you will keep estro in check...then when doing post cycle recovery you can use the nolvadex and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) without worry!

I have the magic answer: leave clomid for what it is and do the cycle afterwards with nolvadex, same results, no depression/femininty feelings.

this is an interesting topic. im starting clomid therapy in two day on the 1st and i cant get my nolva till monday. i guess im screwed. i hope i dont cry this weekend. ill just act tough. or not go out..

I was about to start my post cycle in three weeks with clomid, but after all that shit no way, I'm gonna give my clomid away and get some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and some more nolva asap........I think I will run the arimidex towards the end like Johnny juice suggested just to ward off any rebound of estrogen that might occur..........To all you cryin sappy clomid girls out there, put down the vibrator and turn off the soap operas get in the gym and work that shit out....J/K.....good luck bros......later
