I get tired very easily in Cardio,,Please help.......

I am 19yo and I have been lifitng since 16. the problem for me is fat burning. I get tired very very fast when doing cardio, but when I lift I dont get for long time, I am currently 18%-19% bodyfat and want to come down to 10%. I dont smoke. My docoter said I have low hemoglobin level and blood mcv level. What can I do ?
 
If your focused on fat loss - skip the cardio & dial in your diet.

I know many people who have gotten to 7-8%bf with no cardio at all, you make up for it by having a latger caloric deficit.
Keep protein high (1.25g/lb), fats moderate (0.4-0.5g/lb) & reduce your carbs until you see the weekly results you want.
 
You could also try conditioning rather than cardio. Short ten minute conditioning session after you lift. You can use barbell complexes, prowler, hill sprints, agility ladder drills, kettle bells. Lots of simple good conditioning drills. Shit, go hit a heavy bag.

this... you can lose weight without cardio if your diet is set up correctly
