God I can't stand it...Just had my first shot for my second cycle in my quad in the car and I hate them i mean, he shot it quick so it didn't hurt but while he was injecting it did a little and just my heart is going a million miles a sec...I hate them and I have 2 take 19 more shots cause im doing 2 a week...Should just shoot the 500 and 400 of the decca and terst all at once so it would be 10 shots and not 19....

I probably would start by not injecting in the car. Probably not the most safe for others eyes but more importantly not the most sterile. Then I would stop being a puss. It does get easier just keep doing it I mean nothing bad happen right? Just like a little girl scared of the dark boo

first off all, learn how to give yourself your shots, second stop shooting in your car.

You must admit it would look strange if anyone saw you in the car with your pants to your ankles and your "buddy" is leaning over the seat poking you with a juice filled pin. Firstly, shoot yourself, don't leave the dirty work to "him". Secondly, inject at home so we don't have to see it. Third, pray to Abu for guidance...or just continue being a giant, oozing, musky, sniveling boy-pussy.

Just relax bro. A tense tight scared muscle will hurt more and damage more tissue. Also it sounds like someone did it for you. In the quads is the easiest place for you to administer it yourself. You can tell if you are being to hard or easy on your self. Next time I would have him watch you inject it yourself. you may find that easier. Oh and just in case make sure you aspirate, it only takes seconds....

#1 You will get over your anxiety, or likely quit, I had a little anxiety my first few shots.
#2 Do it your friggin self, it seems pretty sad you can't do it yourself, if he were to hit a nerve you'd be screwed.
#3 Shooting in the car is stupid, great way to get busted.

You probalby have anxiety because you are putting too much thought into it before you shoot, just stick it. Personally, I hate quad shots.

I may have in my tricep, something sure felt badly. Since I insert SLOWLY it was not a problem, I pulled out and never hit the rear of the tricep again, too much bleeding anyway.

DAMN GUY CALM DOWN!!!!........My heart used to race when I shot, but all you need to realize is that its not going to hit you right away. its not a stimulant drug. If your scared to shoot yourself, ask some injection questions. Use lots of alcohol, let it dry, aspirate the needle and your home free. + its not like you have painful gear. Deca is mild.

Seriously dude, stop being such a puss. Injecting is child's play. Just relax, pay attention to keeping everything sterile (wash your hands, swab down top of vial before drawing, swab injection site, make sure pin does not touch anything), slowly push the needle in, aspirate, then shoot. No big deal. I think we all were anxious when we first started, but this is your second cycle? Maybe injecting roids isn't for you.

On my first attempt at a biceps injection, after I drove in the needle, but before I started to aspirate, my arm started twitching involuntarily. It stopped after a few seconds and I was able to continue.
