I have to miss training today!!!

I regularly get calls from training clients that sound as if they are almost in a panic because they have to miss a scheduled training day.

“What should I do?”

“How am I going to make up for it?”

“Should I do today’s session tomorrow?”

“Should I have done today’s session yesterday?”

“How much will it effect me if I miss it?

“How will I make up for it?”

Invariably these calls come from “new’ or at least newer trainees, or the ones so obsessed they have no life outside their training. Vets undertand that life will sometimes get in the way and a session will have to be missed or days shifted and it is no big deal which one you do. Missing a session will not seriously impact your progress, nor will shifting the session one day forward or backwards. Just start your next weeks format the same as usual. You will be fine, don't sweat it!

I have to move my DE squat days from saturday to friday quite a bit, get less rest, but i have a life, lol. No biggie, i have even missed it before. Their also is this thing called work, that most kids don't know about yet, it can get in the way off quite a bit.
 
last week i only hit one day odf my 3 day split because i had shit to do, anyways i got my chest and back day pretty good, but missed my legs and shoulders, came back this week wrecked my legs on wednesday they are unimaginably soar and are lookin wole as hell, its good to have a valley in there sometimes and give yur muscles extra time off and i cant wait to blast my shoulders today!
