I HAVE to stop eating in the middle of the night

I am banned!
So I have terrible sleep habbits.
I usually wake up 3-4 times through out the night.
But whats really bad is I find myself snacking when I get up, and its never anything healthy because I am so out of it I dont take a second to think about what Im doing.

How to I break this habbit?!
 
What are you eating throughout your normal day?
Have you tried having a casein protein shake prior to bed. This might help you with the late night cravings...
 
One thing is f your daily nutrition is okay like you have hit all your macros or calories and your waking up just to eat then thats more psychological then anything maybe before you were dieting u use to wake up at nite and eat and its just in your head and its just a habbit you need to break. Also you might not be getting all the nutrition thru out the day and thats what is causing you to eat when you wake up. Another thing is will power you gotta have it strong mind set. There are many ways to approach this either when u wake up really hungry eat something light n drink water to fill you up and eat less n less everytime and eventually u wont wake up hungry. Or wake up and just drink water or caseine shake like i use too. Of course that is if all your daily nutrition is on check and you arent starving yourself n thats why your body wakes u up and thats y u eat...
 
half a pound of 2% cottage cheese fills me up and makes me sleep like a baby at night. its only 200 calories and is beneficial for recovery. I dont think I would survive without eating 1-2 cups a night.
 
I eat large meals at night as well lol. Dont feel bad, I always have appetite at night and nonexistent throughout the day. It's just how I am.

Try eating food that really fill you up right before bed. Rice, potatoes, pasta etc.. Protein shake is good too

I eat cheese every nioght right before I go to sleep it helps me sleep.
