Please help!

I am 46 and have always worked out but now I have a gut. I have cleaned up my diet and started walking and jogging for an hr a day. I currently weigh 266. My goal is to get down to 250.
I have recently purchased clen and t3 to do in a stack together. My question is... do I take the clen once a day or several times a day? If I work up to 120mcg a day do I take it all at once or spread it out over the day?... Also, do I do t3 the same way or spread it out?
