Hi I'm 5"10 140.. I'm sick of trying to go natty.. It simply doesn't work for my slow metabolism and poor genetics.. I'd like to be like 165-180. Obviously not all muscle mass.. But a lil muscle and mostly just filling out.. Please help what do you believe I should begin with, what drugs, do I need a pct? How much generally does it cost monthly per cycle? And finally I prefer Oral, I wouldn't want needles laying around.. Please help thanks
 
This is what you do listen up... Eat at least 4 meals a day, work out and sleep.. Take a nap once in a while.. And just be consistent and you will grow.. AAS won't help you out until you have figured these things out.. You are to young to start AAS.. On my first run I had a blast.. Due to research on AAS, Diet, How to control the weight while weight training and muscle mind connection.. Once you get these things down you will have a blast.. Weather it takes 3 to 4 years for you to figure it out..
 
I think you should take the plunge and hop on the bike, I suggest the recumbant one as its easier on the ass and cardio is a good thing.

Ouch... if your not going to inject then your not going to be doing a proper cycle.
Generally speaking if your going to set aside cash for a cycle I always make sure I have a grand available
I think you should begin with food, obviously your not eating properly to gain. And if you can't gain without gear you won't gain with it. Steroids don't make you grow they are a tool to enhance the results from proper diet, rest and exercise.
Obviously you have a lot of research to do, at 18 you definitely do not want to be cycling as the negative outweighs the positive. You already have an enormous amount of test running through you at that age that a proper diet will far out do a steroid cycle in way of solid gains.
If your dead set on cycling you should read the stickies at the top of this forum section, all the info you need is there. But your not going to get much help because of your age and rightfully so.

Welcome to the site. Growing is about eating the right thing at the right time not the drugs you take. Please make some friends. 18 year old kids have no business on synthetic hormones. So expect to get harassed and hear a lot of things you don't want to hear. If you focus on your diet and training your going to do fine and grow. At you age it really not easy to because high levels of testosterone require a lot of calories to put on the weight.
 
At 18 years old and 140, you could easily gain 25 pounds of muscle in one year without gear. It's obvious to everyone except for you that you're simply not eating enough. In order to gain weight, you have to eat more calories than your body burns. That fact does not ever change. Period. End of story.

Seriously, you need to calculate your TDEE. 140 at 5'10 is a pretty fucked up body. You probably don't eat enough or have a muscle wasting disease, maybe low testosterone. Most likely this is a diet issue, which can affect testosterone since your body is in starvation mode (slow metabolism) I'm half serious about the eggs and milk. Tons of cheap calories, nutrients and all the protein you need. It's like a protein powder, multivitamin and test booster all in one. Three supps i recommend to everybody; VItamin D, zinc, Magnesium and creatine. That's four and i dont give a fuck. Good luck bro


A healthy 18 year old with good genetics can hit 1000 ng/ml of testosterone naturally. That's anabolic as phuck/chit/bruh
