I just went to the lowT center and got a 135 Test reading. 32, 290 6' I am a little..

Didn't see LH, Total Testosterone, TSH, or estradiol in there. Can you post those?

You glucose was pretty high. Were you fasting or do you have diabetes?

You liver values looked high. Are you drinking too much alcohol or using liver-toxic drugs?

There is an hLH that is 3.3? Is that it? I got tested for Diabetes a year ago and I didnt have anything. I do not see a TSH, but my Estradiol was 11.1

It looks like for a fatty liver I am going to want to cut all sugar and corn syrup. I know that I have had had high number concerning my liver for awhile because a Dr a few years back mentioned something and requested an ultrasound. I should probably go ahead and cut out alcohol completely also.

His SHBG is way too low, something is def up with the liver. Maybe non alcoholic fatty liver.

Could just be that Im a Fat ass right now lol

Increased levels may be seen in:

Liver disease
Hyperthyroidism
Eating disorders (anorexia)
Estrogen use (hormone replacement therapy and oral contraceptives)
Decreased sex hormone production (hypogonadism)

Decreases in SHBG are seen with:

Obesity
Polycystic ovarian syndrome
Hypothyroidism
Hirsutism
Androgen (steroid) use
Acne
Cushing disease

lol yes. Unfortunately thats really all non alcoholic fatty liver disease is. Its just fat tissue around the liver that interferes with signaling.

So yes if you get your BMI down, that should eventually correct itself.

It is possible the alcohol you had played a role in your lab results.

The fact your doc ordered an ultrasound though also tells me this is most likely a problem manifesting for a while, but at the end of the day, yes its just fat tissue and you need to burn it off.

Got my first shot yesterday and I already feel a hundred times better. I have even been to the gym twice since then. Doc gave me a 200/ml cyp but I think he is going to keep me on 160/ml a week after this one. I will of course petition after 5 weeks.

It takes about 3 to 8 weeks for test cyp to kick in. What you are experiencing is a psychosomatic reaction. Nothing wrong with that though if it makes you feel better.

I hit the gym twice today so placibo or not Im happy.

I know trt is an entirely different thing than running cycles, but are there muscle gains beyond what the average guy has with trt? There is a guy that made a blog about depression and his trt experience, and he was hitting 385 after a few years lol

TRT restores your testosterone to natural levels. Therefor your gains will be the same as any other healthy male all things being equal.
