...and not just because their gear is GTG..

I had read on this forum, and others that their customer service was top-notch, but up until now I hadn't needed it. That changed the other day when I noticed that one of my unopened bottles of tren had apparently crashed, and one of my bottles of Sustanon (sust) 300 went all funky. I contacted them, and I was amazed at how helpful and complete their help was!

Kudos to Andromed Labs! If they were here with me, I'd give them a big hug!

I placed an order last night and paid this morning and i contacted them for a confirmation and haven't gotten a response all day. i emailed boss and their customer service email. I'm a little disappointed with their customer service so far. Maybe I'm being impatient expecting a response but a yes we got your transfer and you are good to go email would be nice

i ordered on wed thinking it was thursday.... cause on friday i get paid, emailed them telling them id be late with it till friday, they were cool with it, today i paid and told them its g2g they can pick it up anytime :D

Don't sweat it bro,it's only been a day. What boss told me that their super busy. Guarantee u will here from them the next day or so. Same thing happened to me. But as soon as you get that confirmation, you'll shit will get there in no time. That was my experience, great customer service.

I ordered too but haven't got an answer yet (did payment) but its all good man they're legit dont worry. So many good reviews about em just be patient dawg ;P
 
I ordered on weds, paid on thurs and got my tracking number today (sat)...i was the same way...but they are legit. Dont worry.
