So guys hello to everyone,

I am very excited. I followed MTs advices and all the other guys at my previews post.
So today I did bench the previews week I was adjusting to what MT said so today I went to gym and didn't do push ups but I did bench press.

5 sets of 15 15 15 12 8 using standard 60 kgs

Guys I never expected me to lift that!
 
Great job gotta get it done incorporate dumbell presses it will ensure your lifting equally with both arms. When your new at bench form tends to be shitty one side will be higher than the other i recommend build strength with dumbbells. Take it slow dont neglect any body part and walk for a hour like i recommended then you can build up intensity.
 
Hello guys. Just left the gym, free nature gym went to the sea today had a nice swim for 30 minutes, heart gone insane I don't know if it should be like this. Drunk a bit of sea water but ok. Then I went and done 15 reps of push ups. I don't know why but I find pushups harder than bench. I will apply your suggestion 49ER. MT I am trying to send REP but I cant. Can you check it out for me. Still says try spreading some around and after, but doesn't let me do anything.
 
Its not something that I get for the weather to be honest. I don't know if fat keeps me warm but I went to the sea not for a swim before even in heavy winter.
